How do I navigate through the store?
The easiest way is to naviguate through categories to get a list of products.
By clicking on one of the product of the list, you get a long description with one or several pictures.
You can also use the search function located on the top part on the website.

How do I make a purchase?
Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, select the quantity and the possible options and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.
When a products list is displayed, if there is no options for a product, you can add it in your cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button.
Your product will be automatically added to your cart, located at the top right of the website.
You can view details about your cart anytime by clicking on the "Cart" button.
You can check the shipping cost before to checkout at anytime by clicking on the "Calculate shipping cost" button.
If you are done shopping, click on the "Checkout" button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted for shipping and payment information.
All online transactions are secure and encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.

Do you send printed catalogues?
As our product inventory is constantly evolving, Culture Shop does not carry a print catalog. We feature all of our products on our website.

What are my payment options?
Customers residing overseas may pay by credit cards through Paypal (note that you can now pay with Paypal without creating a Paypal account).
All orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received.

What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Japanese yens.
Displayed prices in dollars and euros represent a price estimation.
Payments are made in Japanese Yens but PayPal will automatically convert your order's amount in your local currency.

How do I order online?
Placing an order online is easy and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.

If goods are being ordered from outside Japan, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination.

What is Culture Shop' product availability?
Your package will usually be shipped within 2 to 3 days of online ordering. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) depending on product availability.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has been shipped. For orders shipped by EMS you will be able to track the progress of your order thanks to a tracking number.

All international orders are shipped via the Japan Post.

How long does it take to receive products?
Orders shipped overseas are delivered within 2-4 business days from the order's shipping date by EMS and 3 to 6 business days by Airmail.

What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the products to us within 10 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase (less shipping and handling). We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us.

What if my package has been damaged during shipment?
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately (within 24 hours).

What if my package is refused or cannot be delivered?
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.

We do not offer a gift wrapping service at the present time.
